Age related changes to the nose

What happens to the nose as we grow older. The nose does continue to grow as with get older. However, other changes play a more important factor in how a nose looks as we age. The skin becomes thinner at the top revealing more irregularities and thicker at the tip. Combined with ligament laxity the overall appearance is that of a droopy nasal tip.
